My Process

  • Assessment

    During the free 60-minute consultation, we begin by discussing your goals and what you ultimately want to achieve both short and long-term. We then proceed by assessing your strengths, limitations, mobility, etc. Afterward, I’ll discuss what I feel is the best plan for you going forward.

  • Transparency

    I pride myself on being a data-driven trainer. During the session, I record everything we do (exercise, weight, sets, reps, and effort level). I also consistently monitor your body weight, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements to ensure progress is being made.

    Once a month, I’ll sit down with you and discuss your progress so far, including a game plan to continue that progress, if needed. No one wants to feel like they’re just showing up to work out. Your results are more important to me than they are to you.

  • Results

    My ultimate goal is that by the end of our time working together, not only will you have achieved your goal, but you will have acquired enough knowledge while working with me to sustain your progress and lifestyle.
