My Process

  • Assessment

    During the free 60-minute consultation, we begin by discussing your goals and what you ultimately want to achieve both short and long-term. We then proceed by assessing your strengths, limitations, mobility, etc. Afterward, I’ll discuss what I feel is the best plan for you going forward.

  • Transparency

    I pride myself on being a data-driven trainer. During the session, I record everything we do (exercise, weight, sets, reps, and effort level). I also consistently monitor your body weight, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements to ensure progress is being made.

    Once a month, I’ll sit down with you and discuss your progress so far, including a game plan to continue that progress, if needed. No one wants to feel like they’re just showing up to work out. Your results are more important to me than they are to you.

  • Results

    My ultimate goal is that by the end of our time working together, not only will you have achieved your goal, but you will have acquired enough knowledge while working with me to sustain your progress and lifestyle.

My Services

  • Offering personal training services to the downtown Jersey City area. The sessions will be conducted at your apartment gym or mine (351 Marin) if there are equipment/space limitations.

    Free Consultation Session (60 Minutes): A consultation call must be made before scheduling the consultation session. The session is treated as a 1-on-1 personal training session to assess how you move and gives you the opportunity to see how I train and determine whether you want to move forward or not.

  • The sessions are conducted at Encore Fitness, a semi-private training studio located in the Flatiron District.

  • With online fitness consulting, you’ll get the same level of service without the in-person component. My customized programs are designed specifically for your goals and are updated frequently to ensure your body is always challenged and to maximize progress. I will provide videos for the exercises so you can nail the form down and minimize injury. There’s no gimmicks here. Just commit to the program and you’ll get the results you want.
